Light and dark Futura themes
I am a total noob with CSS, but it seemed simple enough. I have created light and dark themes using a Futura font.
Additionally, I have set up 2 Automator workflows that copy these user.fttheme folders from my Documents folder to the appropriate folder in the Library, replacing the user.fttheme folder that is already there (one workflow for each theme - light and dark). Now switching between themes is as simple as triggering each workflow via a keyword in Alfred.

Looks great! I just added a link from the themes FAQ page.

Thanks, Jesse.
Here are some updated versions based on pryley's Helvetica Neue CSS. These maintain his tag coloring work (@high, @low, @hl). I mainly just tweaked his colors a little, especially the highlight for my dark theme. Full credit goes to him here:

Looks great. I especially like that you've included the coloring options. Both of the links to FuturaDark give me corrupt archives according to Archiver. I have no idea why, but it opens fine with the

These are very elegant -- sorry for the naive question: how do I install/use them? Thank you in advance. Jeff

jrhorn424 ,
Sorry for the delayed response. Did you ever get the download to work? It is working fine for me.

Thank you for the help - but, alas, I am not very "geeky" behind the scenes … but I will give it a go.
Cheers.

I've made a few changes to the dark theme to suit my tastes.
1) I changed the
codehighlight, as it was too low-contrast for my liking.2) Todos tagged with
@nextare highlighted with the same style as@hl.3) Todos tagged with
@waitingare styled just like those with@low.You can download the attached file, or grab a copy on my cloud. If I change anything, it will be updated there.

I just came across this, so I wondered if it's me or if the Dark mode is broken with the latest FoldingText release (1.2)?
Side note: I couldn't extract the last .tbz2 file from @jrhorn424. I had to resort to Pacifist to get the User.fttheme

Hi Patrick. Both themes are still working for me in 1.2.
I've tried to think of what could be going wrong for you, but aside from making sure your saving the theme to the correct place, I'm not sure how else to help troubleshoot. Let me know if you have any questions about my setup that might be different from yours, but I was just following Jesse's instructions on the theme page
By the way, I really enjoy your website.
