Marked 2 Error Message

I am using the Marked 2 Script and it works but is pops up the following error message .

I thought there might be a quick fix from someone that knows Applescript

Error Number:System Events got an error: Can’t get window 1 of process "Marked 2". Invalid index.

I’ve just pushed ver 0.04 which may fix that

Let me know if it doesn’t seem to.
